Unlimited! We want to make sure you are happy with the final documents, so you have access to unlimited changes until the package is complete.
If you need quick consulting advice or have any questions after the package is complete, we are happy to include this as complementary to our HR Foundations clients.
However, if complex advice is needed (extending beyond a quick 2-3 min discussion), we will provide a quote based on our basic consulting hourly rate.
At the moment, we are also offering one month of HR Lite support, absolutely free! This is only for our HR Foundations clients – find out more about this free service.
On average, our HR Foundations service generally takes approximately 2-3 weeks to complete and deliver.
You will receive a dedicated HR team, consisting of a senior HR Representative and a junior HR Consultant. They will be your point of call throughout the service and are there to help with all your queries and concerns.
We know that every client is different and it’s common to need help with something not explicitly listed in the package. Rather than charge for this extra advice, we call it ‘quick wins’! It’s our way of making sure you get value and expertise in exactly the way you need.
